OELTECHNIK-France, a specialist in the design and manufacture of custom industrial skids, has made the design and production of a lubrication oil skid intended for an industrial installation in Taiwan.

A Custom-Designed Lubrication Oil Skid
The lubrication oil skid is a complete system that ensures the circulation, filtration, and cooling of oil used for lubricating rotating equipment (turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.).
Designed to operate under demanding conditions, the system includes:
- lubrication pumps,
- a filtration circuit,
- a heat exchanger,
- and all necessary control and safety instruments.
The skid is designed for installation in an ATEX zone (Zone 2 IIB T2). The IOM (Instruction Operation Manual) is supplied with a Traditional Chinese translation.
Materials and Design: Dual Marking 304/304L
All components in contact with the fluid are made of dual-marked stainless steel 304/304L, ensuring:
- excellent corrosion resistance,
- full compatibility with industrial oils,
- and complete material traceability.
All parts were supplied with material certificates according to EN 10204 standards to guarantee traceability.
Carbon Steel Baseplate: Stability and Robustness
The skid is mounted on a fabricated steel baseplate, designed to support all equipment.
This baseplate serves as the structural frame of the installation, facilitating transport, handling, and on-site integration.
A Turnkey Export Project
Before shipment to Taiwan, the skid underwent a series of rigorous tests:
tightness tests, dimensional checks, flow rate verification, and final inspection in the presence of the customer.
These validations ensure the reliability and performance of the system from the moment it is commissioned.
